I have really slacked off....and I know I keep saying back on track but I mean it this time. I was away in Niagara Falls for a work conference and of course I really didn't have a lot of choice in what we were served. (Plus when work is paying you want to take advantage of that!) Wednesday morning I was up at 4am and didn't get to sleep until about 2am Thursday morning....then up and at it a 7am Thursday, didn't get to bed until after 1am this morning. TGIF! Also, this week coming I am starting a part-time job as a cashier at a local Real Canadian SuperStore...I will be working a couple days a week which is probably going to interfere with walking on the treadmill, but I know I need to it....so I might need to get up a half hour earlier in the morning to get it done! Anyhow I did not trach the last few days (food intake), but from here on I will! I would also welcome any suggestions for foods on the go....I might resort to shakes...which I can drink while I drive between jobs.... Wishing everyone a nice weekend!
