Well, down to 172. I have 42 more pounds to go. This is a life style change so I guess I shouldn't look at as 42 more. I should look at what I've done and know if I stay on this path any thing is possible. I ran over a mile Sat and Sun, I have never been able to do that in my entire life even when I was skinny!! Very proud of that. It's now Wed and i haven't been able to get in a workout. Getting it in tonight no matter what!!! I have been worn out from work but i can't let that mess me up. Doing great on the food and healthy choice so I gotta to keep up on the workouts! I still want to start working out in the am. With summer break 3 days away..that should be no problem!!!
