Chia-nuts-cold brew:The eggs in this picture is just an omelet, not a crepe. If you're referring to the picture of the crepes I made the other day, then I used a really simple crepe recipe. I used Bisquick instead of flour. Here is what I included in those: 1 cup Bisquick, 1 large egg, 1 cup milk, 1 Tbls Olive Oil, 2 Tbls Sugar, 2 Tbls Ground Cinnamon, 1 Tbls Vanilla Extract: Mix well. Make sure you're using a non-stick pan heated over medium heat. Spray with oil or butter. Spoon a 1/8 cup of the mix into the pan and rotate it to cover the entire surface with a thin layer, the thinner the better. Cook unil brown and flip it over. Once the other side is brown, remove from heat. At this point you can basically fill them and fold them with anything you like. I'd recommend using fresh fruit like banana, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and a dairy product like yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, whipped cream, or maybe even peanut butter or honey. I added PB2 peanut powder to the top of mine and with some maple syrup and a sprinkle of nutmeg.. Probably not the healthiest meal but my macros allowed it that day...just not something I could do on a daily basis. They turned out really good though. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions, good luck.
