Got taken to an unexpected meeting out of the office today at lunch time (I had brought my mahi mahi and avocado for eating at the office). They had salad and chicken and brown rice and cookies and chips. I had the salad and chicken and maybe a 1/4 cup of rice. No cookies or chips. They also put 2 pieces of dark chocolate at each seat at the conference table. I put those in my purse. Now what do I do with them? I am holding off, I am not hungry and have not been craving sweets at all. I didn't want to be rude and not take them or hand them to someone else at the table. But I am also thinking it is 2 pieces of chocolate and I should be able to sensibly eat them, account for them and not feel bad. Sorry, just needed a brain dump so that I can get back to work and leave those two Dove Dark Chocolate sweeties aging in my purse. :-)

Dark chocolate has lots of health benefits when eaten in moderation. You could stash them away from sight, then eat one when you are craving something sweet. Then you can curb your sugar cravings without feeling guilty :-)

I'd give them to someone else!! LOL... then I won't have to endulge and think "it's okay", b/c I don't want to do that to me ;-)

I've had to put the left over X-mas chocolates outside (on the shelf) so I do not see them!! This has worked for me! If I don't see them, I don't want them!
