put on too much weight now 10st 13.1 lbs, need to get down again, have been eating badly, chocs and wheat and sugary stuff!!

started today with low carb, see how I get on, want to lose at least 7lbs before going off to Italy on 16th so have 2 weeks.

hi! good luck to you :D i am doing low carb too- it took me about 5 days to really kick the sugar cravings even though they tend to still creep up now and then. i did low carb in the past but never understood the 'science' behind it and i wanted to share something with you that has helped me out SO much!!! im trying to tell everyone about bc it's awesome-cheesy-but awesome! its a documentary called fat head by tom naughton and is basically a rebuttal to morgan spurlocks super size me. its funny and informative. go to hulu.com and type in fat head and it should come up. there is also a 5 part speech series that tom gives on youtube with the same ideas called big fat fiasco. enjoy!! it helped me through some dark days lol. ive watched it like a hundred times!!! hahahaa!
