People perfectly capable of saying nothing when I was overweight have no problem commenting on my weight loss. Yes, I've lost a lot of weight. It was intentional. I worked hard at it. Now that I've reached my goal, I don't intend to lose any more because I am at a healthy weight for a woman my height. I am not sick. I'm in the best physical condition of my life!
