The scale. A useful and needed tool for most weight loss used by millions. Can add confidence or frustrate. We have a love hate relationship right now. I love watching the rises and falls of those little numbers. But I feel as thought I am loosing perspective on what my goal really is. Maintain a healthier lifestyle. Loosing weight is just a bonus! So my scale, you have been been banished. No more daily updates. You may only return one day of seven for the much needed overview. Sunday is to far away...
