I find that a Vicki Yohe CD will equal 45 minutes which equals appr 2.5 miles. I walked 3.5 mi today. Hope to do that 3 times weekly, at least.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
