Today I feel better! I did not over eat. I did go to the gym and I feel good even though I am sore. I really need to not beat myself up but I just can't stop here! I have to keep going. I need I have to keep going. I never thought I could make it or even lose 5lbs and 48lbs later.....I have to do this!
