Had some technical difficulties trying to do the P90X Yoga X routine yesterday and ended my workout halfway through in a huff. In all of that I forgot to weigh in :|

Glad to see I am almost back to where I was before the weekend.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
