So the big 3 0 is coming up fast. Only a few days away. I am going to make a long term goal. I will try to be 158 by 31. My goal weight has always been 168 but if I can get to 158 comfortably not starving myself or anything then I would like to do that. And an even longer term goal is 158 still at 40! I dont want this every year roller coaster of going up and down. I want to be fit and healthy and live a long time. I want to not eat candy and not start again. I want to not eat after 730 because it is just so foreign a concept to me to do so by then.
I want to be active.
