I took a break form FS over the weekend. I did not eat horribly, just some cheesecake over the weekend for the dog's birthday (yeah my kids use any excuse to have a party). I have not stepped on the scale in a few days. I felt like the more I recorded and wrote on here, the more I thought about food and that I was hungry. Could just be in my head but anyway... I am going to get back at it. I really do not need to record my food to know where I am, I pretty much eat the same things everyday (salad with no dressing, lean proteins, water, coffee, diet soda).
I really want to be in maintenance by mid March, like REALLY REALLY want to be!
I did make it to the gym this weekend!
I will not record another weigh in until it is at the last weight or below :)
