No change again which is a good thing. Being stable for a while is good. I am pretty much happy where I am weight wise so i am not actively trying to get more weight off. I suppose if it happens that's fine. But right now I've built my eating routine pretty steady and just need to make sure that naughty things don't creep in.
54 has always been my goal, a couple of years back 50 was but I think now where I am is pretty good for me.
