Today I weighed my self and and it is the second day by the way, and i lost 2 lbs. I assume its water weight since I was peeing alot last night and today. The 1, 700 calorie diet seems to working and am feeling bit tired but thats just my body of adjusting to the change.I have to recored my breakfast since i didnt get to do it first thing in the morning. I had to run to class. I am hoping from my self to attend a fitness class. This saterday there is yoga and I would love to go and attend to it. There is Pilates tommorrow as well it really is a good core workout. I should go back to that.
