I'm in the same boat. Liking this Abs Diet page...just started two days ago and a starving myself and feeling terrible. Looks like these recipes will mix things up in a healthier way....I know I'll never have the abs of my 20s and that losing weight in my 50s is going to be a challenge, but I'm committed! :)

tummy weight is the hardest for me too. I hate having it but i feel good that it is smaller than before! Thats a plus i guess
