I need motivation...I need a pick me up...I need someone to remind me that I can do this. Trying to shake the Holiday "ease of eating whatever" is not helping me to move forward. Still trying to lose the weight I gained since my lowest weight to get back to it.

I just need someone to say you got this!

You can do it! Yes, it's hard rolling back to focus after the "anything goes holidays" but it can be done. Remember the things that are really important to you and why you're on this journey and supporting so many others! :)
