A bit fed up as my scales weigh me in 13.2/13.3 and my work scales make me 13.7....I have hypo thyroid so every pounds counts to me as my body like to cling hold of fat...lol If I can't get an accurate picture I will feel dis heartened and cheesed....very disappointed as I've been so strict with myself....sorry if I've misinformed folk...its gonna be a long long journey 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Please don't get discouraged. It's a long journey, and scales just give a snapshot which often isn't even accurate for that point in time. People's weight naturally goes up and down quite a bit anyway, even within the same day. Did you weigh at work almost immediately after weighing at home? Probably not possible, so your weight would likely be different. I think we just have to be patient and trust the process. Good luck.
