So frustrated today. I have been walking for the first 30 minutes of my lunch break but the last 2 days I wore old, loose fitting shoes without the proper socks. This morning, my big toe was hurting and when I looked at the bottom of my foot I figured out why...I have a blister under a broken blister from the wrong shoes! I decided not to walk during lunch today (1) because it is pretty painful, and (2) I don't want to break the 2nd blister and cause an infection. Hopefully, tomorrow my toe will be less painful and I can go walking again...with the PROPER tennis shoes & socks!
