Feeling great about finally breaking my plateau of 230lbs!! the first time I've been able to break that barrier in probably 10-12years!! Can see too I'm making a turn in lifestyle as I'm making better choices for snack time, am eating salads a lot for a snack when I want a little something, and I enjoy it!! Doesn't mean I don't sneak a few sweets, but I'm gaining that control to sense to make better choices when it comes to eating... I've also increased my water intake and decreased my diet soda intake, I feel more energy and better! Can't drop my coffee though, it's my lifesource!LOL
