UHG! Can tell it's a MONDAY! Forgot not only my cell phone at home but forgot my VEGGIES!! Also up .2 lb today! TOM is less than week away so may have something to do with it. It does bum me out to not see a loss however I feel so good I don't wanna stop! I know it will come and I know I have allot of tweaking to do but I will get it!

that sounds like good meal planning! I just started the diet today really and already messed it up. By the way, what is TOM?

I hate it when if forget my veggies. Makes me feel like my whole days diet is blown. But I just eat a big salad when I get home. It all evens out.
