I went out and got the White Kidney bean extract, but the only way to know if it worked was to have some cheats, I did some research and found that it blocked 66% of starchy carbs so had bread and potatoes with at least one meal everyday and took 2 of the pills before eating. I was shocked to see that I had lost 2 lbs because I had been on a 1 lb a week run forever.
So I will be keeping these on hand for those times when I have to have a cheat and that want be often, but it is nice to know if I am in a situation where I have too that there is something that works.
My goals this week is to remember to take my chia seed everyday. I so have been slacking in that department.
As of this week I am down from 213 to 188 and completely off my meds. I feel great but the cheats did leave me craving carbs but not as bad as in the past when I have had cheats....
