I'm tired. I swam 30 minutes at a pretty good pace at work today. I didn't bring enough water though and I'm slightly dehydrated. I feel pretty shitty. I'm going on a bike ride after it cools down tonight. The wonderful 95 degree humid Texas weather isn't exactly mid-afternoon exercise friendly. Unless you have a death wish. I caved into some doritos today.. which is my fave snack food of all time. Feel kind of bad about it but I'm working it off. Otherwise foods been pretty healthy so far. We'll see how the rest of the day ends up. If I can wake myself up from the nap I'm about to crash into righttt abouttt now.
