Hi 👋🏻 I have a Question- maybe you can help me 🤔🤔 I have a new toy ( bike 🚲) And I did 1:20min my watch told me I burned 850 calories 😳😳😳😳 could it be true? I do not feel it 😳 well not today maybe tomorrow or maybe because I try to running every day ? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Hard to say if it is true, depends on so many factors: wind, hills, terrain, weight, etc. My Garmin tells me between 550 - 800 cals per hour, depending on pace. So, pretty close to what you are seeing..I never get sore on the bike unless I am doing tough intervals or very long rides. Much easier on your body than running- but I love running too 😀
