Before Christmas i was trying a health tip my friend gave me: A slice of lemon juice in a bottle of water. It really helped me lose a little bit of weight! It also does make you feel refreshed as well. So It's worth trying. I personally (at the beginning of the week) cut up a lemon into small(ish) shapes and freeze them. Then i make a bottle of water up in the morning with 1-2 pieces of lemon. It kind of acts like an icecube. My friend also said that if lemon by itself is a bit too sour, trying adding cucumber to it. Something I might have to try.
What do you guys think of it? Should it actually help me lose weight? Or does it just make you feel healthier?

I tried the dieting for your blood type once along with cutting out breads. I am an AB positive blood type. The book told me to drink a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning to cut down on the (for lack of a better word) phlegm feeling in the morning. I definitely noticed the difference! I don't know if that helps you or not. It's also a good way to drink water if you don't like the taste of water! 😀

One fun fact is that when you put something, like lemon, in your water, your body treats it like food and uses more calories to digest it. Plain water gets absorbed very quickly, which is why its best right after a workout or during. So, I think it would help!
