I read in a magazine that February 18th is the day most Americans give up their New Year's Resolution, so my goal is to make it to my birthday, February 25th, and see where I stand. I started jogging a bit in my walks. Not a lot, but its a start. Maybe I'll look for a run that weekend.

My flexibility training is really paying off! I'm back to where I think is 'normal.'

-I can touch my toes and even brush my fingers against the ground.
-I can do downward dog with my back straight and my heels are only an inch or so up.

I have other stretches I've been working on too, but when I went to type them out they sounded dirty. haha Mostly for hips and inner thighs.

I'm super pleased with my progress so far, and I've started to love myself again. It's thrilling to be proud of myself.
