從今天5/22 開始 一個禮拜不要吃貢丸魚丸等 一顆就150大卡
要跳半個小時kitty舞 拜託
體重都沒有掉下來
5/23開始吃三日減肥餐
每小時喝一杯水

吃了那些貢丸,不能再吃晚餐了!!!!
