This has been a bad, bad week...food-wise anyway. My monthly "friend" is kicking my butt. One MAJOR thing is that I can't seem to get, not full but "satisfied" and, of course, end up overeating. Also, the two areas on the top where I had some of my teeth removed are not tender anymore so I am able to eat more stuff. (hence the chili cheese fries yesterday) Also, I've been having cramps (I know, TOO MUCH INFO) so much for the last 3 days that I haven't exercised at all. Thank goodness this only lasts 7 days...3 more days to go. UGH!
