Today was rough. I ate snacks all day, and took some vitamins.
I am behind on dinner, but I feel very energetic now that I eat 6 meals a day. I even went to bed at 3 and was up by 7:30.

Going to try to run with the dog tonight, see how that goes.

I am trying to add more variety of snacks to my diet. I am not sure. What is a good snack? I don't like nuts really, but I want to try to incorporate almonds more. Ah, so tired. I have been craving fish. hmmm...
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
