I've been hitting gym pretty hard lately as we are leaving on vacation in 2 days. I was super happy today as I squatted 105 lbs, 10 reps and 5 sets! Form was good too! Nice deep squats, chest lifted, and knees behind toes with weight in heels! Also did lunges with a 25 lb kettlebell, leg presses 50lb plates, and sled with 90 lb plates. ( all were 3 sets, 12 reps) I also did my cardio warmup on treadmill.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just bananas, thanks for reminding me, I do have bands! I have a few different ones so that will also be helpful. We travel in a RV so I can bring my 10lb and 5lb weights.
