Hey I saw you commented on my journal today and see that you're just starting out. I wanted to encourage you to stick with this because this site helped me stay on a successful path for the last year. That's how long I've been doing this. Record what you eat every single day and do be mindful of the sugars and white refined carbs. I honestly believe those things are what triggers overeating in a huge way. Good luck!
