Recorded my measurements. I'm not surprised but I've pretty much added 10" everywhere except my waist I added 15" which means I was going towards being an apple- not good for the heart, that was for sure. I'm glad I did this. Now, I have to figure out if I can work the timer on my camera or I wait until Sat/Sun for my hubby to do it.
