I'm up a little this week, but that's to be expected. I got sick mid week last week and finally by Sunday started feeling better, so no workouts. I did get a workout in last night and should be able to get one in tonight. I also ate better yesterday, more veggies, so hopefully if I can stick to that eating I will feel even better quickly.
My dad moved from the local hospital to a facility to rehab from his stroke yesterday. The new facility is about 3 hours away, so we won't see him as often, but we're hopeful they will get him more mobile. My mom went with him and she's pretty worried about him being there by himself for 3 months, but I'm sure the time will fly.
Not much new today. I'm working to change my mindset and remember why I started out on this journey in the first place. Who cares about being skinny? I care more about feeling good all the time and getting stronger physically and mentally, and unfortunately eating junk all the time will not get me there. :)
