So..... today I'm feeling the urge to weigh myself it's been 6days.. I can't as I'm on holiday and the scales I use are work ones :( arrrggghhhh!!!! However I'm still refusing to have scales at home due to the fact I will just go crazy with them here! Will have to wait until Sunday night :( goddddddd damn it!!

Scales can be SOOO evil!! how do you feel like you have been doing? how do you feel in your body and your clothes rather than that sodding number on the scale which can fluctuate SO much for sooo many reasons and not a true indicator of fat. so know how it feels though!

They really are evil :( I remember getting on them so happy then getting off feeling like poo because it stayed the same then a few hours later I had dropped 3lb... So defo can't take them seriously...I feel gr8 can see more of my collar bone dimples by ur shoulder blades so am chuffed... Haven't been moving a hell of a lot because I'm off work for a week so am really happy this week... Just need some reassurance of those dreadful things that what I'm feeling is true haha even though they aren't :-/ makes no sense but in a way it does lol!! U will know what I mean :D xx

Yeah i totally do hun! and i can so easily be a victim of the scales. I havent weighed my self this morning as i still want to enjoy that i had a great day with food yesterday. Im not moving much either as had a foot injury but will add some exercise too. Something i like and enjoy otherwise it feels like a punishment! Thats so awesome that you are feeling better in your body - thats the main thing!! and just keep on track with your food and stay positive and and be kind to yourself then you are more likely to stick with it :) hugs xx

Aww thanks hun :) xx well u look bloody gr8 anyway... if I were u I'd never step on those evil things :) Defo..think I've finally learnt if I cut out things I like then I just gain everything back when I stop dieting, so defo have a treat if I fancy.. Just not as much as I was because I was kidding myself and now I see it's a lifestyle change not the diet word lol!! Took me many years of being a mess to realise this :-/ wiser and older I guess ;) xx
