Today is my (not so) fresh start of dieting. I am really hoping to start my new class thinner than last year. I think it would increase my confidence and energy levels. I have approximately 103 days to slim down (Okay, 102, anything goes on the 4th of July.) I decided I will weigh in every Tuesdays for better or worse.
