I analyzed my lapse / splurge of eating today. I got home late and didn't eat lunch until 4:30 pm. So, I've got to be sure that doesn't happen again. Also, I'm having way too many sweets- even fruits add up. I've been using my milk / protein in the a.m. to sub for a dessert, but I've got to be sure to spread things out. In addition, I tend to get nervous when I study, so I've got to stop procrastinating and get it done as soon as I'm done exercising to avoid feeling frantic. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll do better. :)
