I was doing great until I left work... its been a long stretch at work, we just finished up and presented an analysis to the Sr. VP and it went well. This was a major cause of stress for me; now that it was behind me, I needed to unwind a little. 3 beers at pool and it was down hill from there... I went to Stop and shop on the way home... ended up buying and then eating a sushi roll and 4 skinny cows. I was so close to a really good day and I just let it slip away, even though I consciously thought about what I was doing and realized how bad it was, I didn't care.
