Feeling good :) I have been recording my food on my fitness pal. I have a friend who is going to school to be a personal trainer, so she is helping me out. She is on that website, so I'll just record there so she can see what I'm up to foodwise. I have been eating a lot better. No pop again. Back to eating at home.
