So far so good, today is officially day 5 of the 11 day diet, and day 8 since I started being much more careful about what I eat and taking vitamins.
I'm down 6 lbs so far!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
