Not a bad start. A lot of food yesterday was guessing. Beef Vegetable soup was homemade but I have no numbers for what went into it - Stewing Beef and a package of frozen vegetables, so it cannot be too bad. By Dinner I went on auto pilot and forgot to measure. But today is a new day and I can do better.
