CatHerder's Journal, 10 January 2015

It's been a rough week for my diet. I have been having hunger pangs and Wednesday I relented and overate. I really think my body is fighting back. The last two times I've lost weight this is where I've bottomed out. My first thought is oh no here I go again. This time is different though. I'm determined to fight back hard against what my body is trying to do and shed more weight. So far this diet has been relatively easy, now comes the hard part. I do not want to go back to 320 lbs and out of shape. I WILL SUCCEED!!!

Macros for yesterday
F - 59.6%
C - 9.7%
P - 30.7%
Total Calories - 1775
Deficit - 752

I did join the 12 week transformation challenge at my gym. I'll be working with my trainer for the next 12 weeks to see what kind of shape he can whip me into. Thursday night I think he cranked up the intensity to an 11 on a 1-10 scale. It was tough.

Dont be hungry. On Aktins you can eat. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge and eat as many as I need to cover my hunger. Try an Atkins bar if you are craving sweet. Chicken, Tuna, or Egg salad are an easy and quick snack and very filling. We can even eat bacon. Especially if you are working out you should eat more than a person like me who is still trying to get off the couch. Stay Strong my friend, the end results are worth it.
