Two weigh-ins in a row under 140. Feeling like things are going well...although I am eating a lot and exercising a lot. no sweets cravings are pretty much over so that is good. I think my best move has been cutting out cola after 1500 because I am getting better sleep. Therefore, I am not eating out of being tired.
