Well, this is the first day of my 'online' experience. My goal is to enter all my food and exercise in my journals and track progress for one week. That's all. Just one. We'll take it from there when the time comes. Hopefully I can keep it up and keep track of 'real' weight loss goals and accomplishments. Here goes everything!
