Have only been recording on My Fat Secret since thursday but have been following the 1900 Cal diet for a week and a day. I am loving this website and everything it offers....went out to breakfast and held off on the cheese and it made all the difference. I think dropping below 170 will be strange psychological event since I haven't been below it for four and a half years.
