Still loosing, WINNING! LOL
177.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

927 kcal Fat: 27.48g | Prot: 53.22g | Carb: 120.79g.   Breakfast: Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Vanilla, Corn Flakes Cereal. Lunch: Fat Free Feta Cheese, Saltine Crackers, hidden valley ranch, green pepper, red onion, tomato, lettuce. Dinner: Cut Green Beans, Tomatoes, Green Onion, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Balsamic Vinaigrette, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers). Snacks/Other: Pink Lady Apples, Chewy Low Fat 90 Calorie Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, No Sugar Added Fruit Bars, Light Original Potato Chips. more...
