Not really wanting to filling in food diary, but I still do...for myself and others who want to see an attack day is like for me. On Dukan you just eat what is on the list and it is unlimited...however, DON'T STUFF YOURSELF! Don't worry, you won't. NO APPITITE. Gotta love it.
