I went to exercise at the gym yesterday evening and this morning before sunrise! Feels good, but my sleep schedule is flipped upside down and I tried to go to bed early last night at 9:30pm and ended up staying up until 8am working on some projects.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
