I'm managing to keep my calories around 1400 a day. Give or take a Hundred. Today for lunch I have a simple chicken salad with just chicken, lettuce, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. For dinner I will have some greenbean stew. My body is used to the IF16:8 now. I have "Lunch" at 11am and then dinner at 5/6pm.
