I have made a few resolutions since I last wrote...first, I started my 100 Runs in 100 Days. Second, I have stayed away from chocolate and candy for the month of January...I did this for two weeks last time and it worked pretty well. It is in some contradiction to my new book...Eat what you love...but it is working for me now. Feeling great right now
