I'm doing the low carb thing, and have been for a while. I missed pizza today so I took the plunge and made cauliflower crust pizza and I just have to say, it was amazing! I was very hesitant to try it because I thought no way would it be as good but I didn't even miss the bread! Just thought I'd share in case any one else out there is hesitant like I was. It's a lot of work so just on special days but so happy! I used the recipe below:
