I have not been as "hard core" about losing the weight as I should have been. But I am giving myself a little kick... I DO NOT want to be fat anymore! So, I am going to watch what I eat over the next 4 days and then on Monday, I am kicking it into High Gear!!!
We are moving in 4 1/2 months, and I want to settle into our new home with a new me! I want to lose 60 lbs, but would be very happy with just 50.... so that is what I am going to do! At least 50 lbs by Oct 1!!!
I really need to do this not just so that I have more confidence, but because I want to feel better!
